Life can be complicated and we all need someone to talk to at times. In an age where our time is increasingly limited and stress is at an all-time high, therapy offers a chance to quiet the mind, focus on caring for oneself, and make life-enhancing adjustments.
I believe my style is warm and authentic, while also being active and directive when needed. I come from a largely psychodynamic background, but draw on a range of tools and techniques (cognitive, behavioral, mindfulness-based), depending on what’s best.

I accept the following insurance: Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Tufts, Harvard Pilgrim/UHC, and Fallon. For those without insurance, I accept out-of-pocket payments with a sliding scale, if needed.
